Books: Pre-order Gifts

Pre-order Gifts relating to books are basically some sort of incentive for you to pre-order the authors' book before it's even out. I will usually preorder books for certain things. (That is if I know about it)

Like a bag of swag (bookmarks, stickers) but for those, there have to be quite a few things in it.
